Depression can feel heavy, low and disconnecting. Like there is a wall between you and life and you are separate and alone even though this couldn’t be further from the truth. It can come in many forms such as feeling sad and low often but it can also appear as feeling numb and disconnected. Hypnotherapy is incredibly effective at working with depression as it works directly with the source of it, the core where it all began, which will probably be something that is unconscious, a pain from the past that created this response.
