Hi - l am Catherine, l am a Cognitive Hypnotherapist, NLP practitioner and certified Coach.

I offer lower-cost & flexible consistent support which is available to you wherever you are, so you can navigate life with ease, empowerment and clarity. Through the clarity coaching, you will gain insight into how you feel and what you need, create positive and powerful change in your life and feel more empowered, through the tools & support provided, to be able to care for and support yourself so you can start to know what it feels like to be in the driver’s seat of your own life.

Whether you want to understand yourself more deeply, feel more supported, make positive and powerful changes in your life, my bespoke therapeutic coaching method is designed to help you reflect, grow and create a life that makes your soul say yes!
